16:51 M6 blocked after double decker bus fire
The M6 Southbound is closed between J17 A534 (Sandbach / Crewe) and J16 A500 (Crewe / Stoke-On-Trent) after a double decker bus fire, which happened just before 10.30am.
The road is blocked by the fire service while they deal with the blaze. There is no hard shoulder on the stretch due to the roadworks. Prepare for long delays.
